We were, but the part had to be ordered, which took a couple days since the service call was on a Friday. Monday morning I heard back from them, the part was in, and they sent a tech to install it. It only took about 20 minutes to make the repair, and the hot water is up and running again. $225 seems a bit pricey for labor since the part was covered by warranty. But their work was great, quick; great punctuality, no complaints there.
