They were able to develop a solution which involved access by removing and replacing the air return in the ceiling. The job was scheduled promptly. The crew was very professional, polite, and worked quickly. They left the house very clean. The system works better than the old system ever did."

"Two electricians were sent to repair two rocker switches. The repairs took all of 15 minutes.for which I was charged $230. The electricians worked for CMC and had no part in ownership, so they worked from a prescribed list of possible problems with attached prices. The closest thing listed to what was needed was the diagnosis of an electrical problem, for which I was charged $89 for each switch, plus a $69 service call fee. There was an Angie's List 10% senior discount for which I did receive credit.
Having dealt with electricians within the past 6 months and being charged on an hourly basis by two others, I was surprised at the fee--which I felt was out of line for what was done and the time that was spent. The fee was explained at the beginning of the job, but they were already there, and I had to pay the $69 whether or not the work was done. I had called my two other electricians prior to contacting CMC, but they were booked on large jobs for several weeks, and we needed the light.
The electricians did an excellent job. For that, I might use the company again; however, I would try to get a sense of what it would cost before anyone actually came out.

"It was the middle of the summer and the air conditioner stopped working. I think it was on a Friday, the nice thing was I called them that morning and by the next afternoon they had someone out to our house. Sometimes with HVAC places you call and they tell you its going to be several days. But they sent someone out and they repaired it in the same day. The cost seems a little high for what they did, but since it was fixed and in a timely manner we were OK with that. We would use them again and recommend them."
