Mark Huepenbecker was able to find out what the problem was with the HVAC and he explained in detail what the issue was and how it could be repaired before he started. He also noted some other issues with the unit and he explained some possible future issues with out repairs. We appreciated his work so much we purchased a service plan to cover any future repairs or services.

Mark was very professional and he was interested in making sure we were happy with his service. He took the time and didn't rush in and rush out like most service providers. At the time he was at the house he overheard me talking with a plumber because we had some issues with a toilet. Mark indicated that they are also plumbers as well but they don't advertise it because of their work load with HVAC customers. Mark made the exception and repaired the toilet at no cost. Now days it's hard to find people who go over and beyond what is required to help their customers.
