Get matched with top water heater installers and replacers in Louisville, KY

"They come once a year. We've got a life-long contract that they come once a year and do an inspection for us. They're very thorough. They offer suggestions. Well, they fixed it. It's fixed. They're very good at fixing the problem and it doesn't break. So, the quality of their work is very, very good. As I said, they offer suggestions. If they say that in the next year, you're going to have to look into replacing this faucet, and here's your options. It's nice to be presented with the options. And they're very knowledgeable, all of them, they're very knowledgeable for their business."

"Thought an outside water spigot was my problem ending more then expected but it was repaired very fast, thank you."

"When he was turning the furnace off and on to replace the thermostat, he saw a problem with the water heater. He discussed it with me and fixed the problem to prevent a power surge that would ruin the unit."

"I had no input on which water heater they installed. The Lochinvar has a constantly flashing light, makes a lot of noise, and cost over $2,000, which none of my friends or family said was within reason."

"The installation today by Cory could not have gone better. He called before arrival, gave me a fair estimate before starting work, completed the work in no time flat (less than 2 hours) and was a complete pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable electrician who I easily conferred with about other electrical issues and I would gladly work with Cory in the future. Highly recommended!"

"I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. They cam within a day of when I called, assessed and fixed one problem, installed a new water heater the same day, and returned the next day to install new pipes above the water heater. The plumbers were polite, professional, and explained clearly what they were doing. Pricing was very reasonable and I also have a yearly service contract. Office personnel were also friendly and knowledgeable. Will only use them from now on."

"I have been using this company for over 6 years for all of my rental properties. Shawn is upfront, honest and most important knows what he is doing and the job gets done right the first time. Dont call the plumbers that advertise heavily on the radio and tv unless you want to overpay."

"It was fine, they did a good job. He was very professional, on time and scheduled within a day or two. They have a very fair price also."

"Excellent reialble service. Communicated with me mostly thru email and texting. Very happy the way did my hot water installation."
