The salesman told me one thing and they told me the disclaimer on their contract says it could take this long, so it was kind of like a he said, she said type of ordeal. I would use them again, it was just the inconsistency in information that I got. It actually delayed my project a couple of weeks because I did not get the windows when they were expected. The pricing was good. The installers were professional and so was the salesman. It was the handling of the timing.
