"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"They were on time and the service didn't take as long as I had anticipated. They made sure I had no leaks and that the valve worked before leaving. I only had a shut off before the meter and it didnt work. They replaced it and then added another after the water meter which is code in new homes today."

Dan promised that APEX Appliance Repair would deliver dedicated and professional service at a competitive cost, and they did just that. Our washer problem was solved completely in a timely manner with utmost courtesy and professionalism. We will certainly keep his number on our refrigerator."
