"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.

"I think it went well overall. My major concern was that the advertised coupon amount doesn't really mean anything. This is something I expected from reading other reviews but is troubling nonetheless. Items that are not covered by either coupon available through Angie's List include: additional vents (which is noted), additional returns, additional main/feeder ducts, access panels required, blower fan/housing cleaning and inspection, evaporator/a-coil, condenser/coil-clean, drain housing and treating the air passage with sanitizer to eliminate germs. All of these come at an added expense. When I inquired about the $459 special they recommended instead using 2 of the $179 specials bc I have dual zone hvac. This turned out to not be near enough. I expected the additional vents and returns which would have brought the total to $478 ($358+$120). However, the additional work needed amounted to another $381 for a total of $859. Now they took out a few things and negotiated to a lesser amount, which I appreciate, but it still is concerning that the amount is pretty subjective. You can and should negotiate once they give you a quote at your home visit. I found that even through this, I still paid more than another costumer with the same home by about $100. With that said, the guys did a great job and were very friendly and I have no complaints about the work performed. Just recognize its like buying a car. Do your research, have a price point that you are comfortable with, negotiate and be prepared to walk away if they don't get you there. Also please note that you will be unable to see what is taken from your ducts upon completion as the vacuum container is used at multiple jobs and has debris in it when they begin."

"There were some delays; but overall we are completely satisfied with the materials and work performed.  Just recently we noted a problem with the guttering on one side of the building not being properly leveled to assure proper drainage.  However, company was contacted and has assured us it will be fixed soon.  If the service after the sale proves to be as expected, we definitely would use this company's services again.
