Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I called him on Saturday morning because I needed a fan puller to get the old one off and Scott brilliantly called a place that offered one and allowed me to pick it up and use it then buy it after the job was complete! How awesome is that? In the process of replacing the condenser fan I must’ve displaced a wire or something and informed Scott. Who then called me and came out on his afternoon off to fix the issue! Do yourself a favor and call Scott the first time. He does a great job and won’t jerk you around like some of his competitors."
