Clearly the previous owners couldn't have been bothered to find non-factory size windows, but he sourced great replacements, did a beautiful job installing them promptly, dealt with supply chain issues with grace, and even included finishing touches we hadn't thought of, like installing a curtain rod and curtain for a shower window. However, the parts I do know about, and most homeowners are in the same boat, were all phenomenal. Those parts are communication, timeliness and the finished result. I actually found Provost due to my initial plumber not returning or initiating any communication. I grew frustrated and called Provost due to a great recommendation (of their work). They immediately called me back and from there were in constant contact during the whole process. Because I had several contractors working on parts of the job the scheduling was tricky. Provost was able to work with them and move forward as they did. Finally, everything works great! Overall, it was a very professional, friendly and positive experience."
