"He was very knowledgeable of the problem with the washer."

"Philip could not have taken better care of us. He called last night within minutes of me putting in the request on Angi to discuss and schedule service. He was communicative, prompt, and so professional. Having just moved to the area I?m very glad that I got to meet him and will certainly hold onto his information for other work and recommend Washington Appliance to others! What I thought was going to be a costly appliance repair or replacement turned out to be a repair that he was able to make on his first visit. THANK YOU!!"

"Me Henry was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the whole situation to me and gave me all options and helped me choosing the best unit. My AC was leaking freon and was beyond repair. Initially Henry did his best to make it work and it worked only for two weeks and eventually we opted to replace our unit. Mr. Henry gave me the best quote and also adjusted previous repair cost towards new unit."

"Had to file a claim for new clothes dryer, and repairs on fridge. Foothills Star Appliance came to look at both. Eric was the repairman. He was friendly, answered all my questions, and very professional. I would highly recommend his company."

"The person sent (Bill) was very nice and knowledgeable. My motor went on my washer. He gave me an estimate on what he thought it would cost to replace it but told me he was going to check and get back to me. I haven't heard back from him to date. I have since replaced my washer."

"The folks at W&O provide good old time trustworthy service. They say what they do and do what they say.
When a problem arose on my job they altered the plan and provided a great response. I could not have expected more and would use them again in a heartbeat. Its nice to be able to trust that a business is always looking to do the fair and correct thing.Never once did I doubt their recommendations or the quality of their work. I was sold what I needed , no more, no less."
