"There should be an A+++ option for Richard and his team. He walked me through the entire process and was either on the phone or at my house anytime I had questions during the project. Him and his team (Mike, Vilma, Bryant) are some of the nicest most professional people I have been around. They basically felt like family by the end of the project. The Project: We had to resurface the pool, staple cracks, add new pool light, fix skimmer, add new vacuum system, replace pool motor and filter system and replace electrical. The project took about a month to complete (do to unforeseen obstacles and weather). My pool is 9ft deep and holds about 30,000 gallons of water. I am so happy with my new pool and Richard and his team. Only use Richard for your pool projects. He is the best and will call him again if I ever need anything else with my pool. Also its been a week since the pool project ended and Richard has still done courtesy calls and tested my pool several times to make sure I am taking care of it correctly and this is all after the Contract was complete. "I am so happy! I have been looking for a cleaning service who actually cleans from top to bottom and not just surface clean. The ladies came in ready to work and got my home so clean and organized. They were pleasant and worked their tails off. The results were amazing. For days I was noticing extra little touches they did - like cleaning my reading glasses that were on dresser, coffee tables, etc. They missed NOTHING. I would definitely recommend and will have them come back monthly. They also help organize - which I will be hiring them for in the next month or so."

"We feel like we won the lottery finding general contractor Billy Shapiro of SBS of South Florida to handle our shower remodel. We knew there was a leak, but didn't know where or how serious. Billy came out right away to evaluate the situation and come up with an initial plan at a fair estimate to repair the problem, knowing it could be more extensive. He was right. When his team began removing tile they discovered the leak had caused major damage and ended up demoing, rebuilding and retiling the shower. Billy's team is second to none -- they are skilled craftsman who do top quality exceptional work, pay meticulous attention to detail, are prompt and reliable, and leave the job site organized and clean at the end of each day. (How often do you find that level of professionalism any more in South Florida?) Billy is in regular communication with the customer, clearly explaining next steps throughout the entire project. The quote for the extra remodeling work was fair, reasonable, honest and well worth it considering the quality of work we received in return. Before this project was complete, we already began talking to Billy about having his team back for more projects. "My paragraph above pretty much explains what happened, except for this: I'm truly happy to report that my experience with Kenaco has been one of the very best I've had with ANY home improvement company, anywhere! I called Kenaco because I found them on Angie's List. I was feeling totally despondent because I had been trying to get my patio project going for about 4 weeks but have had one issue after the next with other companies that disappointed me. (They either didn't show up or were late or rude  etc.) What is amazing is that I called Kenaco and spoke with John on Thursday, June 16th. We set up an appointment for the next morning when John and his associate came over to inspect the patio. (It looked awful.) They were very professional and gave me some suggestions on the materials and colors that would work. John wrote out a proposal, and I was so impressed that I signed it and gave him a deposit on the spot. He scheduled his guy Alex to come out and start the job on Saturday morning, and the rest is history! MY ENTIRE PATIO IS ALREADY COMPLETED AND LOOKING BEAUTIFUL TODAY, JUNE 19TH! From start to finish, this job (that I couldn't get done for 4 weeks prior) was completed by Kenaco within 3 days. AMAZING! It just goes to show that when people are professional, they can make it happen. This company also screens in patios and remodels bathrooms and kitchens. They will certainly get my business from now on!"
