"Sun coast did everything right. They followed up my Angie inquiry within a couple of hours, then fit me in following a cancellation they had. Techs came 20 minutes earlier than scheduled which was great. Donâ  t think they charged more or less than anyone else. Following the maintenance, two replacement locks were needed for our shutters due to rust that might take as long as a couple of weeks to get in. Instead they found two new locks back in their office which was only a short ways away, and returned to install them same day. Everyone was super nice and spoke English. We could not have been more pleased with everything."

"It is my pleasure to write a review for this company. Our Condo in Lighthouse Point, Fl needed old accordion shutters removed and replaced. This company was recommended to us and we were not disappointed. Office staff were courteous and pleasant whether over the phone or on our visit to the office. The owner, Robin was wonderful to work with and obviously customer oriented. Any minor issues were quickly resolved by her. Her expertise both in running this type of business and the actual fabrication and installation aspects were impressive The fabrication of shutters, permit process, etc, are all under one roof. We were told the date and time of installation and at the appointed time the doorbell rang. Our installation crew were: Junior, T(Terrance), and Joshua. Polite, soft-spoken, worked well as a team and obviously knew what they were doing. Old shutters were removed quickly. New shutters installed in a timely fashion. Cleanup up was excellent. Contract price was very fair and shutter material high quality. This company also does doors. I would use them again without hesitation, and that includes any type of construction or fabrication allowed under their Contractors License. Highly recommend."

"Overall installation went really well. Karl constantly shows ingenuity on any project he works on. He seems to be able to look at a picture and easily re-create it. For example: I handed him 2 newel posts a 8 foot piece of base molding, an 8 foot 5" wide piece of MDF, some bead board, a side panel and a base kitchen cabinet... and he built a beautiful kitchen island. Bottom line- you give him the materials and the idea and he will bring it to life. On top of everything else, Karl is sincere, honest and shows up as promised. He is definitely the exception among your usual lot of South Florida contractors.
