"I have a Samsung electric dryer with a 5 year extended warranty from Sears. They refused to come out and take my dryer apart looking for a rotten smell. My exterminator refused to help. Chase from Davis Appliance came and took the dryer apart. He found a broken belt and replaced it. The smell was coming from the vent. Chase , took his time and helped me clean the outside vent where we found a rotten snake in the outside vent. He threw he it away for me. He really went beyond the call of appliance repair. No one else would help but he did. The bill was modest for all the work and extended work he did. I would hire them from now on for any of my appliance needs and plan to never by an extended warranty from Sears again. I also will be looking for a new exterminator. Great service beyond the call of duty."
