I had to bring up the subject of a new pump and all I got from Brian were straight answers that I understood and no heavy sales pitch. I will call Bluewater Pools for any problem or question in the future and I have no reason to doubt that Brian wouldn't be as competent and courteous with any customer as he was with me."

"There should be an A+++ option for Richard and his team. He walked me through the entire process and was either on the phone or at my house anytime I had questions during the project. Him and his team (Mike, Vilma, Bryant) are some of the nicest most professional people I have been around. They basically felt like family by the end of the project. The Project: We had to resurface the pool, staple cracks, add new pool light, fix skimmer, add new vacuum system, replace pool motor and filter system and replace electrical. The project took about a month to complete (do to unforeseen obstacles and weather). My pool is 9ft deep and holds about 30,000 gallons of water. I am so happy with my new pool and Richard and his team. Only use Richard for your pool projects. He is the best and will call him again if I ever need anything else with my pool. Also its been a week since the pool project ended and Richard has still done courtesy calls and tested my pool several times to make sure I am taking care of it correctly and this is all after the Contract was complete. "I don't know where to begin. Over the years I've had dozens of companies take care of things at both my business and home. Unfortunately, in most cases the job that was done was fair at best. So when it came down to picking someone to resurface our oversize swimming pool I was slightly nervous about choosing the right company to do the repair. Based on reviews on Angie's list I chose Floridian Pools. The minute I met the owner ( Ricky) I had a very good feeling that I made the right choice. He told me exactly when he could start the job and told me, in no uncertain terms, when it would be finished. Almost to the hour his men started to do the work when he said they would and three days later the job was done just as he said it would be. The pool has never looked so good! Floridian pools did an absolutely outstanding job! On another note, called Ricky a couple times while his men were doing the work and without fail he called me back within a minute or two.That's rare in this day and age! The price that I was quoted was more than fair. Amazingly he even did some extra work and went ahead and tiled the steps and did not charge me any additional amount! Other pool companies could learn a lesson or two from this company!!! Think anyone would be crazy to use anybody else!"

"Mike is professional and knowledgeable on all aspects of pool servicing. I have been through 4 pool companies, and I found my long term service company. I am really impressed with his weekly update after he services the pool, gives me all the info on what he did that week. He is honest and fair pricing, he goes out of his way to help me with the mess that the pool was left in from the prior company, he looks for solutions doesn't focus on the problems. I highly recommend Mike and his company, I am not easily impressed. I am also impressed that he has his daughter out learning the pool service so when she starts in the customer service department she will be able to talk intelligently to people. I talked to her a few minutes about my pool and she was spot on with knowing what was going on. She didn't even get upset when a snake was in the pool. GREAT company!"

It was for another part of the air conditioner that burned out. I thought that the service was very honest and very accommodating. My interactions with them were very professional.
