"Great customer service. Good communication with estimate and service time. Arrived on time and made repairs they said were needed for the price they quoted. Could not have been a better experience. Thank you!"

"I was put in touch with a technician named Tom. He was able to help me diagnose the issue with the bake igniter in my gas oven, during a remote video call. Tom sent me a link for the replacement part and explained how to install it. He even gave me a helpful tip for how to clean my oven’s glass window. I was able to replace the part easily using Tom’s instructions. I am very satisfied with the repair and with the help I got from Tom."

"I scheduled a service call for a LG Ice maker problem. Lyle arrived when promised, quickly diagnosed the problem and successfully completed the repair. In the future, I will call Southern Appliance Pros for any appliance problem I might have."

"Chris went above and beyond to resolve my issue and was able to get the landlord to repair the primary cause of my issue."

"After listening to his explanation, I decided to replace the machine. Perfect timing because January is a great time to buy major appliances.  I have used ALC three or more times in the last year and a half and am always satisfied with them.  They're responsive and punctual, always polite and explain everything to my understanding.

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"They don't use the same contractor. You don't always get the best. It's cheaper for major repairs. They cover everything, parts, labor."
