They sent Robert and Patrick to our home to assess and remedy the situation. They were very professional and courteous as they suggested a way to make it "pretty". "Beautiful bathrooms for a very reasonable price. Lifetime warranty! Scott was the one that did the hard work and he was such a pleasure! Very nice fellows these guys are. I would highly recommend Joyce Factory Direct to everyone! They also had a book with the different style walls that go in the shower and around the tub with lots to choose from. I went with the white marble look that has grey accents to it. Very beautiful! They also use a certain material behind the walls that is waterproof & moldproof! I can’t even believe they got the perfect sized tub for the master bathroom! It’s even deeper than the original that was there! No more leaks either! Everything from start to finish was so professionally executed! Everything is wonderfully beautiful now! Highly recommend!!!"
