"Jeff was very responsive and contacted me pretty quickly after the purchase to schedule. It was easy to schedule a mutually convenient date. It was raining the day he was scheduled to come at 9:00 and he called at 7:30 to let me know we needed to reschedule. He came the very next day, exactly on time. Jeff was very professional and personable and before going on the roof asked if there were any areas of concern. I had two areas of old leaks (one in each bathroom) and showed those to him - the very reason I purchased this deal. I also knew that the flat roof on my front porch was long overdue for replacement. I could hear Jeff using a hammer a few times, When he was done he explained that the roof overall was in "A" condition (I had a new roof installed 16 years ago) and he had repaired a few nail pops/lifted shingles and fastened the flashing around the skylight and applied sealant. He also advised that the two areas with old leaks came from vent pipes that needed new flanges. As expected, he recommended a new rubber roof for my flat porch roof (it was not replaced when the house roof was done and is about 48 years old). He gave me what I think is a fair price to replace the pipe flanges and also quoted me a price for a new rubber roof for the porch that I think is fair. We scheduled the work for the pipe flanges but I deferred on the porch roof for now due to other pending remodeling. Overall, this was a very positive experience and I plan to use Jeff in the near future when I am ready to replace the porch roof."

"Me and my wife have been wanting a roof over our rear deck for some time and finally started contacting contractors to come out to give us estimates. Out of the 6 that came out to look at our house and see what needed to be done only Blaylock builders said they could build it the way I wanted. We have a breakfast nook and a fireplace that extend out from the back of the house making it difficult to put a roof attached to the house there. Not only did the Blaylock team build it just like I wanted it turned out better than I could have hoped. They were able to start building it earlier than expected and finished in a reasonable. If I couldn't reach them by phone or text they always got back to me and returned my messages. Very friendly and polite staff."

"The company responded to our phone call promptly and made an appointment within a reasonable time. The owner and staff arrived on time and quickly assessed our roof. He and his nephew went up on the roof and into our attic to assess the water damage we had. Afterwards, he sat down with us to explain what he saw. We have called several people for an estimate so that we can make the best decision for our home. However, we have not decided which company to go with at this time. So far this company responded in a professional manner.

"There was a section of vinyl caulk that was installed between the backsplash and the counter. The caulk was old and deteriorated and became dis colored and did not cure. Since the problem was caused by the initial installation, Granite Transformation should have corrected the work under warantee. In fact, they want to charge me a service call. Since they did not stand behind their work, I would not recommend them. I had to call them back to repair plumbing problems, They failed to plug in the refrigerator completely. Beautiful job, but for &7,000 they should stand behind their work

"David and his crew first came out to our house and replaced a damaged basement exterior door, installed a dead bolt on my back door out of the kitchen, fixed several stuck windows and replaced the window screens. He also fixed the broken latch on my storm door and replaced the door handle. He was very professional, on time, did a great job, and his prices were reasonable. We were so impressed by the quality of his work that we had him come out a month later to a rental property of ours to replace a damaged window, repair another window, replace damaged edging around the countertop in the kitchen and paint the bathroom. Once again, he was punctual, professional, and reasonable. The quality of his work is excellent, he shows up on time and finishes on time, and the price that he quotes you for the work is the price you pay with no extra charges tacked on at the end. 
We plan on using David and Hoskins Brothers again for multiple projects, both around our home and on our rental, and I would not hesitate to highly recommend him to anyone else who needs a good, reliable handy man."
