"I contacted the company and was responded to by one of the brothers (there are 2 that run this operation). He came to my house, looked at everything, and took measurements. Later that week he sent me a written estimate by email. Communication with this brother did not move as fast as i would have liked. I set up an appointment for the insulation of my walls to be done, and on that day, the other brother showed up to do the work (about an hour after the time i was expecting). He had not been informed by his brother as to the details of my project until he was on the road to my place. Rock wool insulation was to be blown into my walls from the attic through holes drilled into the top plates. He and his team of 2 were not dressed for this, but they pushed forward anyway. The job ended up taking longer than anticipated because their machine kept getting clogged, so they had to come back the following day for a few hours. This particular insulation work is non-invasive into your home, but very loud in the room that they are working on. When the job was completed, they cleaned up all the insulation that  had gotten on the floor. At the end, I was informed that more rock wool insulation had been put into the walls than originally estimated, but i was not charged for it. I paid the price that I had been quoted initially. The rock wool has cut the sound transmission from room to room by at least 50%, probably more. I will use these guys to insulate my attic before this coming winter."

"It went great. The workers were very professional and did their work without any need to consult with me. Rob is so personable and easy to deal with that it makes it a pleasure to have him direct the work. He is someone I trust to tell me what is needed and then to make sure his crew has done the job well. He has been working to make my crawl space moisture free for a few years, and I often get compliments on it from other company's workers, like HVAC and pest control. If they saw my walk-in attic area now, they would probably have compliments on it. It looks terrific with its shiny thermal bubble insulation. I am attaching a picture but it doesn't do it credit because the strong LED light and shiny material makes it hard to take a good picture. They put a foam sheet on the back of the attic door and it also has shiny foil on it. They had previously put fiberglass insulation in this area and soffits or something like that (can't remember exact name) to make sure the air flow from outside is sufficient. I am thrilled that he also put the insulation on the floor, because I think that shiny stuff will deter mice, who reportedly don't things like aluminum foil. Maybe this area will stay cleaner and problem free since I have taken other pest control measures."

"We had found a better value for termite protection with a smaller, local company so Terminix came out for an 'exit inspection'. A team of 4 arrived to include the local manager, two technicians and a brand new trainee. During their exit inspection, Tommy noted rodent activity in our crawl space. We had already put out rodent baits ourselves that didn't seem to be as effective as hoped. The activity was determined to be something larger such as a raccoon or similar. Even though we were not a pest control customer, Tommy and his crew began investigating while we watched. They discovered a live possum under the crawl space barrier tarp. The critter had crawled up a drainage pipe and made a nest under the tarp. In a demonstration of excellent customer service, the brand new trainee donned gloves, cornered the unhappy critter and bravely grabbed her by the scruff for removal. At my request, he did not destroy her but released her into a field well off the property. Though we may no longer be a termite customer, we signed a pest control contract on the spot and Stephen did our first pest treatment. The efforts of the team, the consideration of the manager taking time to come along, the respectful way we were treated and the assertiveness of the new trainee convinced us. All our questions were answered and my concerns addressed. We will be covering the exposed drainpipe accordingly. Compliments to Jason, Stephen, Tommy and the new trainee we dubbed "Possum"."

"I don't usually rate companies after using them but I was compelled to do so wi Baker Roofing. The project manager David Frawley was complete and honest with the job and so responsive. After the job there were a few ruts in the front yard from rolling shingles to the right location but Baker took care of those super quick. Everyone involved was a pro.
