"We just had Bill and his crew install 20 windows and a 9 foot sliding door. I am so impressed by the quality of the Okna Windows-door and the Outstanding Installation by Weather-All Windows. My experience was such a pleasure from the initial meeting at our home, Bill was friendly, honest a Man of Integrity with a great product and price. No high pressure sales, just a good old fashioned business transaction. The windows are made in Bristol PA, laser measured and fit like a glove. The team of installers are local men with years with the company and a great work ethic. They arrived 20 minutes early and went to work right on time. They truly work as a team and they were outstanding at their craft. Everything was completed in one day including an immaculate clean up. The quality of product and installation exceeded my expectations. If you need new or replacement windows/doors, in my opinion-Forget the overpriced Big name high pressure sale and GO with The BEST!! "Tiver called the day before to remind me of the time they would arrive. They arrived promptly and began work immediately. They definitely knew what to do. They wore shoe covers in the house and took out all the screens for washing outside. One person worked inside. Two others were outside. All window coverings were realigned when they were done. Screens were all replaced as they were. They cleaned all the window sills. So happy to have clean sparkling windows and patio door. There were approximately 25 double hung windows and screens plus one sliding glass patio door. Money well spent. Will be using them again in the spring for power washing the house and gutter cleaning."

"Ron, the company president, came out to give me an estimate. He was very upfront and thorough, and I felt comfortable with what he told me. He seemed a little taken aback when I asked for a written contract, but wrote one up on the spot anyway. They called to follow up a week later, and I placed my order, along with the required $500 deposit. On installation day, the installers showed up on time. However, they didn't seem to speak much English, and I had to inform them they were looking at the wrong windows. With that cleared up, they set to work - without much of a break - for about 6 hours, installing the new glass blocks. I was impressed by their work ethic, but when they had questions the language barrier seemed pretty steep. The previous owner had run some wires through the old window sills, wires we had since disconnected. The installers, unfortunately, didn't ask before running them through the mortar. I noticed before the mortar dried, and was able to take the wires out and re-pack the mortar. Overall, they did a nice job, and the windows seem very securely installed."

"I had a wall in my den (converted garage; exposed brick interior and little insulation) with 2 large windows, and frequent leaks from rain through the window frames. Matus replaced the windows, including the carpentry work framing the window. They were always timely and courteous at appointments (measuring and installation). The 2 installers were incredibly professional and did an amazing job. It's been 3 years now and I have had absolutely no issues with them. "Work was done quickly and efficiently. Quality of the effort and the windows was very good (they were not premium windows) and looked and functioned as well as any window I've used. The install quality was very good and I being somewhat picky, was very surprised and satisfied with the work. After work was done and inspection, there was no need for a call back. "Dan was recommended by a friend to install some new windows. The experience was so good that I've hired him again for another project and actually set up an Angie's List account to let you all know. He is courteous, fast, and he does exactly what he says he is going to do. He left the work area in the same condition and took his time before during and after the work to explain everything he did. I really liked that . He also works very efficiently. I got 6 windows totally replaced with screens and he took about 6 hours to get it all done. His prices were very reasonable. I was looking at Pella and Anderson and he blew them away. I actually have some Anderson windows and it looks to me like Dan's work is a bit better. One thing I appreciated is that didnt sell me anything. We talked about blinds and shades and what was cost efficient for me to buy directly or have him provide them.."
