"All Around Handyman did a great job reinstalling my bathroom sink which had become detached from the vanity. The sink was mounted on the underside of the vanity. All Around Handyman was great with communication, showed up when they said they would, and the technician was courteous and professional. We felt the price was fair and were relieved that they could respond so quickly, as we needed the work done before receiving out of town guests for Thanksgiving. We have already scheduled another job with them. We highly recommend All Around Handyman Home Services."

"Julio did a great job and we really like how our shower conversion turned out. He did quality work throughout the project from the beginning to end. Installed a custom shower pan where our tub once was added new board and did all tile work as well as installing grab bars and a bench. He kept us informed with updates on the project as he went. Julio particularly has a passion for getting all the details right. We would definitely use him again."

"I hired Elite Home Paint to repaint my cabinets. Unfortunately my cabinet doors were in very bad shape, as they were partially sanded down and also had paint stripper poorly applied. As I'm a very black and white person, I reached out to Ariel and sent him photos of the doors, and he said he could do the service. When he got at my house with his crew, they saw the doors, and the service was still confirmed to be possible, even though the quality of the doors were bad. They got to it, and when I got home from work that morning (I work nights, so didn’t see the job completed until the next day), I was very disappointed. They didn’t completely sand down the doors or drawers, so all the marks that were on the units showed up on the paint, very poorly. When I contacted Ariel, he blamed the parts on being damaged and that no one would have done the service for the price he did. I explained to him that at no moment, he told me that the condition would have impacted the end product, as I thought he would properly sand and DIDN’T! As I continued to inspect the unit, I found multiple spots with paint drips, parts completely poorly painted, still white (I painted my cabinets black btw). I tried contacting Ariel to try to settle this peacefully and he basically told me the job was done, and BLOCKED my phone number (I know this because when I call it goes directly to voice mail, and when I use a friends phone, he picked up. Sent a msg through Facebook as well and completely ignored. I would leave it alone if it were just the spots of the poor sanding, but all the white spots is completely unacceptable. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and poor service, definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this company."

"I needed to have a wall removed in my townhouse to create a large open space. Joe came with his team. They made sure the wall was load bearing, which it wasn't. It was amazing how quickly the wall was removed. That, however, was just the beginning. Once the wall was removed he brought in electricians to make sure that all the outlets that had been in the wall were moved. Then his team repaired the ceiling so there was no sign that a wall had been there. The floor was was oak. He found a floor guy who was able to match the floor where the wall had been. It turned out that the floor required more work because of a slight difference in height between the floor gap and both sides of the floor, which was repaired so as no one would ever know it had been repaired. It was done within the time frame he promised. It looked great!"

"We chose Morgan's several years ago from their rating on Angie's list. We elected to have them treat our lawn and shrubs and were assured our lawn would look and remain exceptional. For the first two years, we were very satisfied with their service as our lawn looked as good or better than those surrounding our property. There were a few times we had to have them come back for minor issues, but overall it was great. It was in the middle of last year that we returned from a vacation to find our front lawn dying in spots. The "treatment" sign left in our yard indicated they had serviced our yard two days earlier than our return. I had them come out right away to look at it and was told by Sam Morgan that it was not related to insects and said it would improve over the next several weeks. Two weeks went by and the areas of dead grass had expanded exponentially. Coincidentally, a lawn care company had left a notice on our door offering to treat the chinch bugs killing our grass. We were also noticing mole crickets on our patio. I called them back out and Sam Morgan again tried to defect telling me there was no insect activity, yet did a thorough pesticide spray. During our dialogue, Sam kept blaming his son Brad for using a new chemical that was reported to be causing issues with other customers. He actually told me that I would get a better outcome if I called and spoke to Brad myself. I told Sam that it was not my job to get in the middle of family politics and that I expected it to be taken care of immediately. I told Sam that I would not be renewing my contract unless they restored my yard to its original condition. As weeks and months dragged on, I had them out two to three more times as my yard was not improving. I heard the same lame excuses from Sam and put him on notice that we were not planning on renewing our service for 2018. I also showed them areas of my shrubbery that had chemical damage. I was again told it was a new spray they were using and deflected to his son Brad. I received a bill from Brad Morgan for a treatment in January of this year. I sent them a reply that I would not be paying for this treatment as I told them I was not renewing for this year. Conclusion: Brad Morgan and those who work for him do not take responsibility for issues and deflect by blaming issues on ancillary things. Brad had never taken the time to visit my residence to see for himself what my concerns were and tried to blame the damage to my front yard on pool construction in my back yard. I am appalled at their business strategy of deflection and would never recommend them to my neighbors."
