"Very courteous and professional experience from scheduling in the office to the plumber who did the work. I needed a gas line ran for a stove and had some issues with water supply to a tub. They did a free estimate and were priced much better than local competition. The work done was top notch, more affordable didn't mean a lesser quality of work. And no hidden fees, the prices quoted for the options were what I was billed. I was very pleased with the work done by Tyler and by the friendliness and courtesy all around from the company. "The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
