"Jose was a life-saver: he came hours after my new gas range stove was delivered and when the store, that sold it to me refused to do the same day installation He was on time, very professional. He was the one who noticed that my new stove was damaged and offered to come and install it for free again after the store replaces it, even though he did his job and it was totally not his fault that the stove was damaged during shipping I would highly recommend Jose!"

"Our fridge decided to stop freezing and cooling things on a Friday night. I called Joe on Saturday morning and he came out that afternoon and repaired it. The same day service saved the contents of our fridge. Not only did he replace the broken part but also thoroughly cleaned out all the machinery inside the fridge and the entire area around it in the kitchen. It was an old fridge but well liked and I'm glad we called Joe and repaired it for a very reasonable price instead of getting a new one. "I called Marc after another outfit “disappeared” on me before the work was complete. At the initial service call, Marc examined my malfunctioning dishwasher and showed/explained to me why the problem would continue to occur in the 15+ year old machine. He didn’t try to perform a repair that he knew wouldn’t work, and he gave me a break on the service call knowing that I had a big purchase on my horizons. Appreciating his honesty, responsiveness and friendliness, I called on Marc to do the installation once the new machine was purchased. The ~$423 I paid included two service calls, installation and removal of the old machine. As I told Marc, I hope not to see him again for a while, but I know who to call when the need arises. He had to order a part and before leaving, told me the total cost and when the part would be in. As promised, the part came in two days later and Bobby came right out and replaced it. He is neat, polite and professional and I will be using him for all my appliance repairs and any new installations in the future. Couldn't have asked for better service - thank you!"
