"The, technician, Miguel, showed on time and was very friendly and helpful. There was a problem with my fuse box and Miguel was able to fix the problem. There was only a $97 fee for the work provided. Miguel noticed that that my system needed maintenance and provided me with a maintenance contract for a year which was the bet solution for my system. I'm very happy with their service and I will definitely use this company again for their excellent customer service and I highly recommend UMC.

"Immediate response. The person who called me to setup the appointment was difficult to understand. I thought he quote $70 for the repair which seemed reasonable. The appointment was scheduled for the following day. The technician arrived on time and was knowledgeable. The appliance was repaired, but the bill was $160. Was probably a misunderstanding due to the language barrier, but was definitely a surprise. Overall I m happy with the service."

"All State Appliance Repair did an excellent job fixing our fridge recently. Not only did they provide same day service (they came within 3 hours of our phone call), they called us ahead to say that they would be here in 15 minutes. True to their word, they were at our door 15 minutes later. They assessed and fixed our problem in about an hour and a half. We thought they were very polite and respectful and provided us with great customer service. We will use them for future repairs and would highly recommend them to others.
