"Quality of product installed and workmanship I am pleased with. However, post install is why I have deemed necessary to leave this review. The crew left food waste in our yard and gutters. Lawn was not adequately swept for nails and staples. Upon reinstalling my TV antenna, observed pieces of shingle, siding, aluminum flashing, nails and staples in one gutter. This prompted me to inspect all gutters, where I found more of the same. Had two exhaust vents installed for bathroom fans. The crew did not leave necessary couplers to connect provided duct to vents in attic. The project manager provided necessary couplings by personally delivering to my house which I am appreciative of. Discovered packaging material from shingles, along with shingle remnants in my attic. The sales presentation and documentation was why I chose Palmer Construction over lowest bidder, about $5000. The owner and sales person have yet to reply to my emails and/or phone messages. The project manager is the only staff who contacted me and followed up. Not how I would run my business or manage my staff. They also jeopardized an opportunity to earn an additional project. I got a new roof which hopefully will last until I move and they got my money."

We had another contractor fall through on the install, so the hoop was in our garage ready to go with a bummed 7 year old anxiously waiting for it to be up. We took off for a week long vacation after hiring Andrew. Everything was handled over phone calls and text. When we came home our son thought we had pulled in the wrong driveway, then followed by pure excitement!"

"It has been almost a full year now since the company installed new windows in the house. The job is still not complete. A marble window sill that was supposed to be replaced has not been replaced. There was a problem with the windows not being able to close because installation was done wrong. Some delays were not the companies fault, but the window sill not been replaced nearly a year later is absurd. The company signed a contract with me originally and then signed a new contract with my father, which was not appropriate. I am the only person with legal authority over the home. The only person authorized to sign a contract for work. The company was well aware of that. My father only indirectly funded the work. His funding is a loan. The wrong tile was ordered for the kitchen floor. The company overcharges for work and has a high markup on materials. The company has taken advantage of my dad trying to be a nice person. He made the mistake of paying the company despite not getting work completed."
