"There are 2 levels in my yard and the lower level is about 4 foot lower than the house so I was looking to put up a fence to prevent my kids from falling accidentally and also as requested by the home insurance policy providers. They were actually  2 of about 4 or so contractors we called that even returned out phone calls!
