Ed the company general manager corrected a previous problem created by another installer. Then 3 very knowledgeable installers spent 10 hours moving our air handler down to the garage from the attic. "Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. "I recently installed a Bose speaker system and the connections were a rats nest of wires and it needed to be balanced. Seth came and rewired the system and balanced the system, including the surround sound speakers in the ceiling. I had two extra Bose speakers that I wanted to use in my bedroom, so Seth brought a used Denon receiver and also provided a 15 foot HDMI cable that we needed for the set up. Seth is great to work with and he completed whole setup in the two hour time frame. I was so lucky to find him on the Angie's List.
