His quote was lower with windows than others were without windows being replaced.So we went with getting the windows replaced at the same time as the siding being replaced. They did not miss one day of work they kept on working through the snow. They completed the job on time as a matter of fact ahead of schedule. This company does not subcontract there work out the owner of the company was there each and every day. I did not have to miss any work for this job to be done. They worked around my schedule for the installation of the picture windows. <br /> I will be hiring them to remodel my bathroom next. "Was great from start to finish. Dan the sales rep was on time, honest, personable and caring about our budget. Installation day the installers arrived on time calling to let us know they were on their way. The living room window was a concave bow which other companies said "OH" to and scratched their heads! The installers, Scott, Brent and Dan were awesome! The dining room window was out and in quickly and easily. The living room window took them 6 hours to install and complete the trim work but we are so satisfied with it that we are just amazed at how well it turned out. Because of the year the house was built (1953) the crew closed off the area and tested for lead paint which we found out later we had on the living room sill which was really good to know! After the job was completed they cleaned up well and had everything back to the way it was before they arrived. Had one problem with customer service after with ill fitting screens where they "passed the buck" back to our sales rep and he took care of our concerns by arranging someone to come out on 7/26/17 with new screens so we'll see how that goes since I have read that I am not the only one that was not totally satisfied with Pella Customer Service! Too bad that one part of this entire project became frustrating since up to that point we were beyond happy with everyone and everything. Would certainly recommend the company, installers and workmanship. Even the village inspector was impressed with the job that was performed!"

"My windows have mullions inside which are difficult to remove and replace and he did that with no problem.  He was very good at getting all the gunk and hard water spots off the exterior of the windows and I have to say they have never looked cleaner.  I usually do my windows twice a year myself, but I think I"ll be calling Don at least once a year for a really good cleaning.  He is also very courteous and professional and arrived on time. <br />"

"I hired Beyer Builders earlier this year for total remodeling of my master bathroom and partial remodeling of another bathroom. I wanted a doorless walk-in shower that would be easy to clean. John Beyer suggested the Onyx product for the entire shower, which has turned out to be perfect. In the other bathroom, he installed an Onyx surround over a new cast iron tub. The plumbers told me that most builders don't install cast iron tubs any more because of the weight, but John knew that I wanted quality materials. Both bathrooms are now as beautiful as I hoped they would be. In addition, I asked Beyer Builders to replace two wooden decks at my house. Looking for a low maintenance option, I decided on Azek decking material. The original framing was still in good shape, so Beyer Builders replaced only the decking to save me some money. I also asked Beyer Builders to do some smaller jobs, including completing a baseboard replacement project in the house and repairing some siding. I asked John Beyer if he could suggest a company to asphalt my gravel driveway. I make an appointment for the asphalt company representative to come look at the driveway and John surprised me by showing up to see what the person was going to say. When the asphalt person asked if I had any place to dump fill that would result from some excavation that would be necessary, John even knew of someone up the road who was willing to take the fill, which saved me the cost of having it hauled it away. The driveway turned out beautifully. My husband hired Beyer Builders in 2016 to replace the front door and retile the entryway. That turned out so well that when I was looking for someone to hire for this year's projects, I thought first of Beyer Builders. I trust John and Sharon Beyer completely to help me out with any home improvement or repair projects. They understood my desire to make changes to cut back on maintenance. They, their workers, and their subcontractors, such as plumbers, tilers, and painters, do quality work."

"Boy oh boy we had a complicated situation with our sink. Kept running into issues and Terry made several trips back and forth to our home. He brought our old sink to a mechanic he knew and the guy made our sink like brand new. Terry didn’t have to do this for us but he went over and above. The largest one was too short by 2" on each side, two smaller ones weren't to code - didn't include tempered glass that was called for in the contract, and none of them were finished correctly inside and out.
