"The end result was not a Retaining Wall, as this implies. I hired KCS to install 4 Wing Walls with Headwalls. They did a great job, as the pictures will reflect. If you’re wondering why I have Four Stars instead of Five, it’s only because there’s always room for improvement. In this case, the improvement should focus on Front Office Communication. The crew was scheduled to start on a Monday. So I took the day off to be here. Mid-morning on that Monday, they still had not shown. I had to call the office to find out that they would be here on Tuesday because a previous job took longer than expected. I’m OK with that, EXCEPT I had to lose a vacation day because the office did not call me. I had to call them. AGAIN, the Team did a fantastic job and I FULLY RECOMMEND THEM. However, the office could get better and be more proactive at communicating schedule changes."

"Erie Homes completed a basement waterproofing for us on 11/20/23. We were impressed and pleased by the professionalism and communication at every phase of the project. Brandon expertly explained the Erie Homes waterproofing system, sump pumps, materials, and warranty and provided us with a quote and pricing details. Having being burned by projects in the past, we came back with a long list of questions and conditions. Brandon answered every single one, made sure that we were completely satisfied with the terms, and added our notes to the contract. Project manager Gage and the team that came to our home was quick and professional. They periodically filled us in on the progress and communicated any changes or concerns. When the project was completed, they walked us through and made sure we were happy with the work before leaving. Since finishing, we have had several rainy weeks and a completely dry basement. Based on the product, work, and customer service, we will be highly recommending Erie Homes to anyone needing basement or waterproofing work."

"I felt like Bluegrass was the most honest in regards to the actual work that needed to be completed. I was quickly able to get on the calendar for the foundation repairs that were needed on my home. I was very impressed with the team and the quality of their work. I highly recommend them!"

"Very professional and friendly. Worked tirelessly to finish the job on time. Cleaned up well after the job was completed."

"What should have been routine basement waterproofing turned into a project of constant change, as this old house presented many unusual twists and turns. But the A Plus crew worked diligently and got it done. They arrived on time, neat in appearance, and each one had a smile on their face and could not have been more pleasant. Their professionalism alone was worth its weight in gold. Customer Service is definitely what makes this company shine and I highly recommend it to anyone who is considering waterproofing their basement. Home Advisor played a big role in my choice to hire A Plus and I do feel that was a very smart decision on my behalf."

"We constantly had water leakage into our basement for years. They were able to send out a professional to answer my questions, and after I decided to go with their service, sent out a team to install my Everdry system. It was an overall great experience. Our basement has been completely dry ever since. I highly recommend Everdry Waterproofing of Columbus."

"I was in a bit of a bind with a client and was calling multiple companies to try and get a basement assessment and estimate. Everyone was weeks out which we really didnt have. I received a phone call from Marty around quitting time on Friday evening and he was on his way downtown and going to be passing the area where the work was needed so he was happy to stop and assess. He called me with what his findings were, took photos and gave me his true honest opinion of the basement condition. I then on Saturday morning received a full report and summary with an estimate attached. Marty went above and beyond to help myself and my clients out in a time crunch and he came thru with flying colors! I would highly recommend Advanced Restoration and Waterproofing LLC to anyone with basement and/or foundation issues. I look forward to working with them again in the future!"

"They worked quietly and in a timely manner. Did not leave a mess to clean up and would definitely hire again."

"The pro offered a great price and worked on the project within a week. They even worked during several days of torrential rain to complete the job."
