"Again I came right to Angie's list for help.  I needed to find someone to refinish a very old tub.  I actually didn't know about this process until a friend suggested I have it done.  Perma Finish had wonderful reviews and very high ratings.  Thanna came right out to inspect the tub and provided an acceptable estimate.   The condition of the tub was well worn and had probably been installed back in the late 40's or early 50's.   I was delighted with the results.  She said it would be a challenge but she was willing to tackle it and she absolutely made it look brand new!  I couldn't believe how good it looked.   She cleaned a lot of the tile work and removed all the old calking and applied new.  She also replaced the old drain.  Like I said, it was an amazing transformation.  I like that she had a printed sheet of information on how to care for the tub and instructions for keeping it looking new.   Thank you so much, Thanna."

"Arrived on time got right to work trying to clear a frozen septic drain line. Determined it might damage pipes so advised me to let them thaw out 1st.
Then went to my dads house and fixed a copper water supply pipe leak inside the wall under the kitchen sink. Very proficient finished job and cleaned up all the mess. Checked for leaks thoroughly got paid then left.

I had used Air Roofing a couple of times before during an Angie's List inspection special.   When it came time for my father to put on a new roof I suggested he get a quote from David at Air Roofing.

David came out and looked over the roof, made suggestions, and sent a detailed quote (by email) the following day.   His quote was in line with the other quote I got, but his responsiveness to my questions far exceeded the other company.  Over the next several days, I probably sent over a dozen emails wanting additional information, clarifications, addresses of roofs he'd done, samples of materials, etc.   Let's just say he had to do some extra work before we agreed to the contract.   He was always very prompt getting back to me, either by email or phone.

We agreed to a price, signed a contract, and set a date for the following week.   The shingles arrived the day before work was to be started.   The next day the crew arrived early in the morning and worked late into the evening.   They finished up around noon the following day.    They tore off two layers of old shingles, replaced decking in a few areas, cut out and installed a ridge vent across the entire length of the top of the roof, installed 15 vents in the soffits, painted the plumbing pipes to match the roof, and did a great job of cleaning everything up.  David even made arrangements with another company to come out and install new gutters for us.   On the 3rd day, we did a final walk around and at that point we paid the full amount.  No money was requested until the work was completed.

"On 1st unit, techs added a lot of freon and cleared the blocked drain line from the blower. The continuous running on the the second unit has been a recurring problem that had been treated prior as thermostat problem. The problem has always returned after thermostat replacement. The AAA tech is the first to examine the blower thoroughly and discover a bad module as the problem. Hopefully, this will be a lasting fix."
