Jim did a second inspection of our house and provided additional information about the work to be done. Jim and Victor did the installation of a new oil-burning furnace and central air-conditioning unit, as well as removing and disposing the old furnace and duct work. It was a professional job from start to finish. We were amazed at the amount of work that needed to be done, but Jim and Victor made it seem effortless. We are so grateful to finally have the central air-conditioning, just in time for the recent heat wave! We hired JP Works based on numerous positive online reviews and we were not disappointed. "I needed a new ductless heating/AC system, and Horizon Services was not the cheapest of the quotes I got but they stood behind their work with a 5-year warranty on both parts AND labor, which nobody else offered. Everyone I've spoken to on the phone at the contact center has been clear and friendly. The quote process took two visits: one with a sales rep who measured my rooms, took notes, and talked about the likely equipment, and then a second visit that included an installation supervisor who confirmed the equipment needs and worked out how to overcome a few complexities for the install. The end of the second visit was when I actually got the quote, and the rep negotiated an additional "same-day decision" discount that sealed the deal. When it came to the install, every crew member on-site at my home was respectful, professional, and kind. There were a few hiccups that were nobody's fault but slowed the work on system installation day and they had to schedule a follow-up day the next week to finish the work. The completed job was documented in photos that were sent to me with the invoice. It's clear that Horizon highly values the customer experience and I'm glad I went with them."

"The man who came to do the estimate was knowledgable and a really nice guy. When he worked up the estimate it was high so he asked us for a number we would be comfortable with, between himself and his manager they came back with a good number. Not cheap by any means but the equipment and installation comes with a 6 year guarantee, which is hard to find today. Installation was scheduled for 3 days later, also hard to find these days. The installers were there on time with everything they needed to do the job. Every man knew what he needed to do yet there was one man leading the team. They covered all the floors in the areas they were working and wore booties to keep everything clean. Everything was installed straight and level. In the end there was some spackling needed to be done because of a stud in the way where they tried to put a hole. Customer service followed up with an email questionnaire which I filled out with some of my concerns about the installation. They got back to me by phone and apologized for any inconvenience. They are sending me $100 for my time, materials and hassel of having to fix their little bo bo. A great company and I have recommended them to family."

"Keith and Bunnie, the dynamic duo who both truly represent the model of what a professional family business should entail, have gone above and beyond the call of duty to meet my family's HVAC needs again for a second time in less than a year. This time my family's HVAC servicing needs required installing a digital/automatic fan operating whole house humidifier and removing a dated bypass whole house humidifier as well as a furnace tune-up. The installation involved much wiring, retrofitting the ductwork to accommodate the new humidifier, a little drilling from inside the house to the outdoors to install the outdoor sensor. By my own standards I am a tough customer in terms of my expectations, due diligence(research/questions/vetting competitive bids), taking contractors to task to ensure their compentence level meets my expectations. Keith is very friendly, accommodating, and a highly skilled craftsman who treats his professional with tremendous pride - which has always been on full display on both occasions during service visits. During the installation, Keith as a courtesy tapped/tie in pointed my secondary backup condensation pipeline into the existing pipeline that discharges into my sump pump to avert possible water leaks. My sumpump is connected to a French Trough Drainage System. It appeared that my home was being serviced by 3 professionals in 1 ( HVAC, Electrician, and Plumber). I was and continue to be impressed with Keith's vast knowledge as a HVAC professional and I am equally impressed with his wife Bunnie who handles the administrative side of the business/direct contact with the public.
