Our multi-step project was well coordinated, with 2 people working most of the time and additional skills brought in as needed. Initially, I thought the quote was high, but when I saw firsthand how much work was involved, performed by 2-3 people, in phases over 5 days, I felt it was fair. The work involved removing old dropped ceiling hardware, installing new drywall ceiling, minor wall demolition and reconstruction as well as sanding priming and painting.
