Sliding glass door is up next!!! guys back to do sliding door couple weeks later and once again couldn't be happier, with timely arrival, professionalism, attention to detail, and respect for their customers!! "Shame on me for not writing this review earlier (I thought I had). <br /> Needed to replace 2 steps that I had just had put in two years earlier that were crumbling and very unsightly. <br /> From the beginning everything went perfectly........Provided a quote in a timely manner, FRIENDLY, started the work when he said he would, great quality/craftsmanship(an art that is lost on many),  VERY NICE, excellent price, RESPECTABLE!!!!!!! Let me not fail to mention his son that worked side by side with him on this project.. And yes, he was just as FRIENDLY, NICE, RESPECTABLE and performed the work with great craftsmanship!!!!! <br /> I will be calling him soon about some additional work. <br /> My only regret is that he does not do everything I might ever need for my house....that would be like a dream come true. <br />"

"Herb (owner) came personally to first look at the job.  Very nice, explained process.  Soon thereafter a guy came to measure.  Lastly, 2 man crew came to install.  Extremely professional, laid down protective covers over carpets etc.  The installers REALLY took their time and spent almost whole day doing finishing/touch up portion of the job like the caulking, flashing, aluminum.  Very nice people, windows look great.  Will likely be using again for roof and siding in next few years.   <br />"

"The service was excellent! They arrived to pick up the vehicle a day earlier which was great. They delivered the vehicle right to my daughter's door and found a side street to unload. The service was delivered within the time frame given. All of my questions were answered via phone or email and the paperwork was seamless and the price was very reasonable."

"Called for service at 7:30 a.m. and were given a time of 11 a.m. for repair.  Cost was disclosed in phone conversation and receipt emailed.  Electrician called to say he could arrive at 10 a.m.  We were happy to have the repair completed sooner.  Electrician arrived on time, completed the repair to our satisfaction.  Electrician was polite and courteous.  Would certainly recommend the company and will call again if other electrical services are needed. <br />"

"Leaking connection was replaced and the drainage hose, which had been incorrectly installed by the dishwasher installer, was properly routed for better drainage. Bill answered my call gave me a time estimate and a secondary call to confirm he was on schedule. He arrived within his time estimate. He worked efficiently and ran several checks to make sure there were no leaks. Should I need a plumber in the future I would call him. <br />"

"He did an excellent job. I'm very happy with the end result. He was very careful about masking everything off to prevent anything from being damaged. It was a bathroom with no windows, so the smell lasted for quite some time, but that's not anything that could have been avoided."
