"We had an internal house line leading to the sewer plugged on a Sunday. We couldn't run any water in the house without it coming out of the drain and into the basement. Based on all the positive reviews I read of KJM plumbing, I called Kurt and he was here within 20 minutes with his machine and cleared the clog, which took about an hour. Pleasant, polite man. The price was reasonable for a weekend emergency call. If I need a plumber again, he'll be the first one I'll call."

"It worked out just fine.

I would give him an A, he did just fine. The price was fine. The qualify was very good. He repaired something that was just absolutely falling apart, and it is nice and sturdy now. I think we had some back and forth trying to get our stuff lined up. It wasn't bad. It wasn't like I was terrible frustrated. He would call me I would call him, it would take a couple days. Nothing horrid. He was there right when he was suppose to be. I would use him again if I had something like that that I needed to be done. I did ask him about some major work like remodeling but I don't think I would use him like that.

He pays attention to detail, and does a throughout nice job. Everything was cleaned up he did a nice job with that."

"Main line sewer maintenance with camera inspection. John was friendly and professional with great information for maintenance. Excellent service and the cost was fair and affordable."

"Of the plumbers we contacted, they were the first available, and with clogged kitchen sink drains, we decided to try them. Dennis was quick, courteous, and took the time to explain what he was doing when asked. Tested the drains several times before leaving to ensure that they were indeed cleared. I'd recommend Mark's as choice #1 for clogged drains. FYI - no trip charge, and rates for first hour ended up lower than other vendors we contacted. No surprises!"

"During a roof repair, the roofers discovered that the sewer vent pipe was broken. Fitchburg Plumbing was able to make it out to my house with very little advance notice at a fair price and work with the roofer to move the location of the sewer pipe and repair the break."
