"My experience was great with this company. The technician Gregory was very kind and professional and he called us in advance to inform us that he was on the way to our residents and he was on time. We requested to have a pipe camera examination done to locate our cleanout valve only to discover that we don't have one. Greg showed us the entire breakdown on the camera analysis to show us where the problem was and what our options were to resolve it. He answered all of our questions and concerns and again was very professional in doing so. Also the owner Tim Brenek was on his game as well keeping in touch us from beginning to end making sure that we were satisfied with the his technician and work preformed."

"Awesome service!! Zach (tech) spent over 6 hours taking toilets (3) apart, snaking the drain (in 2 locations) all the way to the city line and running a camera to the city line as well. During this process another tech brought a bigger machine – afterhours. Then he correctly diagnosed the problem – the city line was plugged. Zach talked to the city dispatcher (Saturday @ 8 pm) and then left. Was stunned the bill was reduced to $100 (afterhours callout fee), Zach said “We didn’t fix it you don’t pay” Was shocked when a Huntsville Public Works truck showed up 2 hours later (10 pm on Saturday) and used 750 psi to unclog the sewer line."

"They came a little early which is fine I didn t have to wait through the two hour window Sean and his helper fixed the problem with loose fixtures on my new tub from a previous job from last week and then I asked them to fix the broken drain on one of the master sinks -it would not hold water they replaced it with brand new plumbing and also fixed a week showerhead in the master shower. Very Professional very respectful and very good work at a decent price I m very happy as always that they came through for me no charge of course on a previous problem and did a great job on additional services.
