Our kitchen sink was clogged due to our old garbage disposal, he gave us the corresponding info I need to relay to our landlord but even went as far as repairing it to be useable til our landlord is able to replace it. Would definitely recommend him!"

"I got them through Angie's List and they were fine.  I don't remember what they charged, but I remember thinking that it was ... it seemed to me a fair price for the amount of time that they spent.  I didn't have any complaints about them.  I'm gonna say the several times that we've used them was like an hour to two, no more.  They also installed faucets and two different sinks and I would say that was about two years ago.  I would say they were A overall.  In general, I'm satisfied with them.  I would say they did exactly what I wanted them to do, plus the amount of time spent on it was very reasonable. "

When replacing the faucet they made us aware of a rusted part of the piping connecting to the dishwasher and recommended we replace it to avoid a flood. "Excellent!  We were provided a contract describing the hardware and model numbers to be installed, services to be performed including removal of old HVAC units and related materials, and total cost.  Initially I was surprised that unit costs and labor costs were not enumerated.  Don't be concerned.  Using the model numbers of the components, I did on-line product and installation pricing and was satisfied with the proposal.  We set a time and date; they were extraordinarily punctual.  They completed all work in a single day (do clear all working areas and access doors beforehand).  They did an overview of operational and maintenance issues.  Left all the work areas cleaner than they were at the start and took 'garbage' with them.  As needed, I will be using them in the future for all of the services they provide."

"Really well. When I called for the appointment the woman who answered the phone was pleasant and helpful and got me an appointment the next day. One of the pipes installed during renovation less than a year ago was too short. Graham and Calvin repaired that and snaked out the pipes removing a clog from years ago in the older pipes. They left everything as clean as when they began. They were on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. They emailed me their pictures when they were on their way so that I would know who they were when they arrived. If I need help with a plumbing problem again, I will definitely call on them again."
