During the walkthrough BEFORE the work started, Dominick pointed out a few things and we came up with a plan for the project. Dominick and his crew showed up on time every day and worked non-stop until the project was completed. The work was excellent! When electrical and plumbing issues came up, Dom found a solution. Ron, the owner, belittled me, and told me there were more important things in this world than having the wrong floor installed. Ron can be a very nasty person and I?m expecting him to write something back to justify his point of view. The bottom line is I ordered one color and I got a different color very simple and he will do nothing about it but try to make himself look good and make me look bad I am a retired, registered nurse, mother, grandmother, and also a disabled widow. I do not need this nasty man putting me down and not taking responsibility whatsoever for his mistake. I?m anxious to find out how he justifies this, but whatever he says, I assure you, it will not be truthful. Don?t take a chance. BEWARE. BEWARE. BEWARE. BEWARE"
