Benedict shared a lot of great advice about radon gas in the home, he was able to schedule the install in a very fast time frame which was extremely helpful because I was selling my home. "Where to start? Jeff came early and was already checking out the outside of the house by the time we got there at the scheduled time. He was available on a Saturday and he made it work with ours and his schedule which was nice.
Once we got into the house he encouraged my wife and I to follow him around and listen to his sound and super experienced information and advice about every little facet of the house. He took a lot of photos and notes which we should be receiving a report from soon.
He notified us of things that might need more immediate repair and things that could be done over the course of the next few years. Jeff was a very nice, knowledgeable and friendly guy who just wants to get the job done right and is definitely on your side (the buyer).
I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone I know looking for a home inspection. Not only did his price include the home inspection but he also checked for termites and is in the process of doing the radon inspection in the basement.
Highly recommended and he'll even refer you to a good company for oil tank sweeping (who also doesn't charge an arm and a leg) if you need that as well.
