There is going to be some dust after they leave but they do try to be as clean as possible. "They fixed the leak and put in a sump pump and water trench. The basement leaked 2 more times afterwards, but they returned to correct it right away. We were responsible all 3 times to repair the drywall and wood landing at the bottom of the stairs,so I called saying that I should not have to keep fixing those thing over and over. The CEO of the company called back and came out to the house himself to inspect. He had his people come out to the house again to do more that he felt would fix the problem for good, as well fixing the drywall and landing at no cost. It was a frustrating experience, but this company and it's CEO stood by thier work and made it right. I would use them again."

"Overall, we are not convinced that this installation was worth the cost or disruption and the experience did not meet the expectations we had based on our conversations with the sales rep. While an interior waterproofing system made a lot of sense to address our issues, once work started, it was clear that our house already had an underdrain system in place, but the crew continued demolition and installation. As part of the work, Stay Dry required replacement of our one-year-old sump pump (and battery backup) with their system and charged extra for the battery backup. The crew worked quickly, but caused some unnecessary damage to our finished basement walls and the concrete finish was less smooth than expected. The third star is provided for the follow-up visit by their customer service team to clean up some of those shortcomings."
