Chuck arrived about 2:30 and by 3:45 he had replaced the fan and my house began to cool down. Appreciated the fact that John Henry's charges the standard diagnostic price 7 days a week...no overtime charges on Sunday.
I switched to John Henry's a number of years ago because of their hours. Their first appt. of the day is 7 a..m. which is helpful to those who work outside the home.

"CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue!
