"We remodeled both of our bathrooms with Pacific Ocean Builders this past summer. We live in a 1920â s coop building in West Hollywood which has a lot of requirements for renovations. (Lots of extra paperwork, licenses, letters, strict work hours, asbestos abatements, and they also had stipulations about which plumbers we could use). Pacific Ocean Builders were very accommodating and flexible about all of our buildings needs. Pacific Ocean Builders weren't the cheapest quote we received but the had the best upfront communication and expertise which we why we chose to work with them and It was a great decision because the bathrooms came out beautiful!! The craftsmanship was an excellent and the workers was very respectful of the other spaces in our apartment. They keep all the areas of the apartment they're using clean while working. The project did take longer than we anticipated but that had nothing to do with the Erez team. I had hold ups with the building, the required sub-contractors and the DOB which was aggravating but come with the territory of this type of renovation. All that said, our favorite part of working with Pacific Ocean Builders were the accessibility. They're always available to help corral the many different moving parts of the job and it was essential that we were always able to get in touch with someone who could give us updates and help at a moments notice. "We are working with Guy to convert our garage into an ADU/pool house and it is going great. I'm always impressed by the quality of work that Guy and his team at Supreme demonstrate -- and very pleased that they are able to live up to the timeline that he commits to. "Wonderful company and easy-going people to work with. We hired INA Kitchens to demolish the existing kitchen, remove 2 walls and have a large open space of the kitchen, including redesign it and build it completely. The work that they did was on a daily basis and each day our supervisor came over either at the end of the day or early in the morning and to personally check the progress of the work. The entire remodeling took more than 3 months (due to COVID) and it included all the paperwork and permits. We must mention that no hidden charges were added even though some changes were done during that work. We strongly recommend them and we already refereed them to some of our friends."

"Bought a house built in 1962 that needed kitchen & bath upgrades. Ended up redoing entire kitchen ,  two baths and a room. <br /> <br /> Met with several different contractors and hired Universal Home Design because of Ouri. He was very professional and polite and gave us a good vibe. We explained our vision and he gave suggestions without trying to sell us on crap we didn't want.  <br /> Ouri took the time to come up with an estimate/bid and worked on the layout in the computer with us for two hours, free of charge. Communication was excellent via email and text. Throughout the project, we enjoyed prompt, fast responses, even late nights and on weekends. Yuri took care of all permits and city inspections as well. For us, Universal Home Design was basically a turnkey operation; we gave them the house key and let them come and go freely without supervision. There were no problems with this, it was all very convenient.  <br /> <br /> From talking to our friends, in any renovation project, there are sometimes a few details that need correction and some minor setbacks along the way. To UHD's credit, unlike some of the stories we've heard about other contractors, Ouri never argued against our occasional requests for early fixes and adjustments mid-project, and had his team rectify these items promptly to our satisfaction. UHD's customer service is very good. So far everything has been great and we are very much enjoying our new kitchen.  <br /> <br /> Overall we are very happy with the results and would recommend Universal Home Design."
