"I had Barchella Landscaping do quite a bit of work at my home. They ran drainage pipe from all roof downspouts and three basement window wells to a new dry well. A crumbling front stoop was totally refurbished. The wrought iron railing was removed, taken away and cleaned down to bare metal, repainted and reinstalled. Total front landscaping was done. Removal of all existing plantings and lawn and installation of new shrubs and sod. A large pine tree was removed in the backyard and ten new arborvitae were planted along the back property line for privacy screening. And let me say that these were already mature trees that immediately added screening. The back lawn which is where the dry well was located was graded off, seeded and topped with straw. Extensive repair to a heaved sidewalk and crumbling entry apron into driveway. And Barchella did some work that wasn't really in the original contract. Amazing! Five stars is actually not enough for this top notch company. The owner, Frank Barchella, is a genuine true to his word type of guy. He promised a time line for the project and even though we had quite a bit of inclement weather he and his crew got it done on time. I highly recommend Barchella Landscaping and Masonry. I can't see how any other company could be better."

"After much research and conversations with multiple contractors thankfully we ended up hiring AEC. Their communication throughout the preliminary process was superior to all of their competitors. They took the time to listen to our project needs and recommended the best course of action working with our budget. They used top of the line paints and skilled craftsmen on our job. The AEC supervisors were present at all times ensuring that everyone involved was meeting their high standards. At times even addressing minor things that were outside the scope of the job which we really appreciated. Attention to detail was key and they lived up to it. Besides the pristine paint job, we were very thankful for how delicately they handled our furniture and the great condition they left our floors in. Everything was covered and taped to ensure minimal cleanup at the end. Once the job was done we got to do a final inspection walkthrough with the supervisors. "Hire Jonathan in 2017 to build a new outdoor, two-level deck for our new home. This project involved deconstruction, removal of the previous deck, a large amount of landscaping, wood working, excavating, and working with the town for permitting. Jonathan did a great job managing our expectations, walking us through the plan, as well as educating us about what would be required for such a project. Jonathan and his team were patient with us, walking us through materials, labor, licensing, and all of the other costs and timelines for the project. Jonathan also walked us through all of our options for materials, finishing, and even the details about how the deck would be attached to the bedrock, and the house. When work started, Jonathan's team was very professional. They kept the workspace, and the house tidy, and Jonathan was always very patient with all of our questions. During construction, like I'm sure many projects,Issues arose the required us to change our plans. There was a large tree that was too close to the deck, and we had to remove the tree, as well as alter some plants for the deck. The team was very helpful and very flexible during this whole process. The end result of the projects were better than I could have anticipated. We now have a beautiful outdoor deck, that we enjoy frequently. We would enthusiastically use finest craftsman again!"
