"Rich Buccelli communicated by phone in a timely fashion and arrived on schedule and on point. Rich and his son worked together to identify the water leak location, cut ceiling and professionally repaired the leak in different places including ceiling, under sink and water faucets in basement serving outside garden and driveway areas. During the contract time, Rich demonstrated compassion while speaking with me (client) regarding my home and helped make me feel calm during the process. Rich also shared his professional experience on how to winterize my home for the season and professional knowledge on my home heating system. "Seemed pretty inexperienced (although not sure that is unique these days given staffing shortages). Didn’t really understand the ask about the bathtub drain being clogged. Did correctly fix the shower issue, but when they replaced the fixture they didn’t screw it in all the way so the next few showers let a lot of water into the wall until we realized and fixed. Overall did the job and came in reasonable time but seemed to be very new to the job."
