"After reading the many favorable reports about this company on Angieslist, I called them and spoke to  Larry Tennant, the owner. Larry asked  some questions about my heating and cooling costs and the size and age of my house, then explained the BGE energy audit program. He also described how he could use airflow measurement and thermal imaging to identify areas of my house that could benefit from more insulation,and/or better air sealing or  ventilation, or other energy-saving measures.  I made an appointment to have  the energy audit done. <br /> On the day of the appointment,  Larry and his son Mike arrived on time and did  a very thorough energy audit. A few days later, they produced a written  report with specific  recommendations for improvements. For each recommendation, the costs and estimated payback period were  clearly stated. Larry  took the time to respond to all my questions about the kind of work to be done, its cost,  and how long it would take to complete.  <br /> The actual work  took just over four days to complete.The workers notified us in advance of when they would be arriving, usually around 8 AM or a little later, then showed up when they said they would.  Larry and/or Mike supervised all aspects of the work. Larry, Mike, and their employees were very careful to do the work properly and not to damage my house in the process. No construction debris was left lying around, and all workers were  very polite and easy to deal with. Larry completed the BGE rebate paperwork for me, which was a real convenience. <br /> Overall, I have had nothing but positive experiences with this company. The adjectives that best describe Larry, Mike,and their workers are "capable", "conscientious", and  "courteous". "We needed to replace our large wooden 2 level deck. We were so impressed with the responsiveness of Agustin who was our main contact. His level of professionalism was outstanding. Agustin contacted me as soon as I put a request into Angie’s List and came out that afternoon to discuss our needs - WOW! He offered wonderful suggestions to replace our deck (materials, colors, rails, steps). He showed us pictures of work they had done which was very helpful. Once we made a decision on materials he came back out to the house to go over the plans again. The drawings were done within a few days and he came out again to discuss them. We had a last minute change which he was easily able to adapt. He was ALWAYS easy to talk to and never rushed us. He took care of the necessary permits and dumpster and even removed our hot tub during demolition. It was seemless. He contacted me at each step (even on the weekends) by phone, email and text, so we knew what to expect. I felt like I was his only customer. He let me know he was ahead of schedule and asked if they could start the project earlier than planned! WOW! The team who worked on the deck, led by Rudy, were professional, always polite, hard working, always cleaned up and they did a fantastic job. Rudy always checked in with me each day and was so easy to talk to. I highly, highly recommend Prime Construction. FYI - I had contacted 4 other companies (that I found on my own) and only one of them called me back and came out to look at the job. Then a week later he gave me a ball-park estimate (nothing in writing). His price was about the same as Prime Construction). So, I knew Prime’s price was on target. But, I went with Prime as I had constant and timely communication, a written estimate, and I felt that Agustin always had our best interests."

"Jake and his crew were great. They were prompt, explained what they would be doing on an ongoing basis. They answered all my questions in a polite and professional manner. The work was done on-time, and when they were done, the area was left neat and clean. Jake also provided instructions on how to treat the new driveway extension over the next couple of weeks to make sure I would not have any issues. The concrete looks great! "Bruce Stevenson contacted me right away to schedule a sight visit to assess the labor needs behind the work I was asking for. He removed his shoes at the door without being asked. Upon assessing the situation, he scheduled a date for the work to be performed about a week out. The day before, I called him to make sure we were still on schedule. The next morning, he showed up with his three workers, they all left their shoes at the door. He explained to them what to do, made sure they had what they needed, then he left. The guys worked nonstop for about 3 hours; the deal was for 8 hours, so it was split between the 3 of them. I was pleased with the work and would use them again. <br />"
