"Saved by Ehrhardt Brothers Quality Plumbing (a.k.a ColumbiaPlumber)! (West of Baltimore) Our gas water-heater failed! It’s 30° outside! (Mar 2026). It was leaking, so we shut off the gas, the pilot, and the water inlet, to lessen damage if it burst. Ehrhardt offered a price based on our descriptions and photos, of course with caveats for anything unexpected. A water-heater costs a pretty-penny, but less than we expected. A fair price. They came the next morning, and had the water heater replaced in 90min. Impressive. But the manufacturer sent a unit with a bad pilot! Ehrhardt returned immediately and in 30min, they figured it out. They had a replacement part over-nighted. The next morning, in 30min, done. Hot water. AAAAAHHH :-) The problem was the manufacturer’s fault, and Ehrhardt handled it flawlessly: Excellent communication by Ehrhardt, priority attention to our problem, no excuses, just fast resolution. Great service staff. Perfect!"

Discussed the job and he gave me a estimate with a small window. And he said he could have me back with hot water in a few hours. Sure enough less then 3 hours later I’m back running. "Made initial appointment 5 days in advance. On the appointment day, I phoned early afternoon to hear that my repairs had not been scheduled. Plumbers then arrived within the next hour, or so. Fixed leaking valve leading to the main line, and "snaked" bathroom sink. Took photos of tub/shower valves to order a replacement unit and gave an initial price estimate $240). "This past Saturday night (2/23/2019) I lost water pressure. My water comes from my well so I thought about the well pump. Our last well pump replacement was very expensive by a company I won't name. I worried that I would experience sticker shock again. I looked up a number of plumbers and decided to contact Atlantic Blue. I'm glad I did. I received a call back from Brennan Saturday night and schedules a Sunday morning visit. He called me Sunday morning and confirmed his arrival time. He showed up around the time he said he would with Steve. I met them in my front yard and briefed them on my problem. They pulled my pump, inspected the pipe and the wiring, measured it and provided me with an estimate for the repair. Both Brennan and Steve were courteous and professional. They were both also personable and inspired trust. I will return to Atlantic Blue for my future plumbing needs.
