"Henry and John provided the service and were very professional. Although they arrived a bit later than expected, the inspection was performed efficiently and completed well within the one hour I had expected it to take. I had been remiss in replacing my filters and Henry explained to me why it is important to change them every three months. Knowing the possible consequences will lead me to be more responsible in the future. My A/C unit is installed in an attic and even though the ladder I provided was rather short, Henry said not to bother getting a longer one and made do with what I had provided. John volunteered to carry the ladder back downstairs and carried the longer, heavy wooden ladder out to the yard for me. I was also pleased that both men put on shoe covers to walk through my house. In sum, the service was carried out professionally and cordially and I would definitely use their services again."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Very prompt response once the service call was placed.  The plumber arrived the next day (even though I stated that it was not an emergency!) which was wonderful.  An arrival time was established, and the plumber was in constant contact with me throughout the day to let me know that he would be arriving a bit late.  The job was done easily and quickly.  I was not at home at the time of the service (my parents were there), and payment was set up at a later date.  I would DEFINITELY use Aqua again-great neighborhood business which I prefer to support.

"Overall it went well. I was given an 11-1 window but the movers didn't arrive until 3. Once there, the three gentlemen worked efficiently. They were professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend that the company invest in a newer truck and power tools for the movers. For that price, the need a great job. "We noticed that the bottom of our bathroom sink pipe was rusting out and leaking. We contacted Jiffy Plumbing the next morning and spoke with an intake receptionist. As promised, we were contacted within fifteen minutes by dispatch and informed that a technician was already in our area for a morning job and could come in the afternoon if convenient to us. Again as promised, we received a call in the early afternoon to let us know that the technician was available and on the way. Our technician, Remo, was professional and knowledgeable. He quickly assessed the situation, clearly communicated his repair plan with pricing and navigated around our pedestal sink in making the repair (tight space). In addition, he showed us that our drain pipe was clogged and clearly communicated the pricing to snake it. Along the way, he gave us a couple of improvements that we may want to consider in the future to reduce wear and tear on our pipes, but no pressure or upselling. Expert results with very little inconvenience and we are very satisfied customers. I gave a B on pricing just because in general it is hard for us consumers to really know a reasonable market range for plumbing services. We do plan to contact Jiffy in the future."

"BGE Home beat the nearest competitive pricey a couple of hundred dollars. Their representative knew what he was talking about. He, and the crew that replaced the unit, were on time. The crew worked quickly, replacing the whole unit in a few hours. They respected our home, offering some alternatives for a plant that might have to be moved to allow access to the outside unit. The rep even offered to loan us 2 window air conditioning units free, because our unit had to be replaced in the middle of a heat wave and it would be a few days until they could replace ours. (We did not take advantage of this offer, as we were going to be out of town anyway in the interim.)"
