"It went very well. Mitch and Aaron did the job. They were both friendly and professional. The job took most of the day (about 7 to 8 hours). They were quiet and courteous. They arrived on time and began working right away. When they finished they cleaned up what little mess they made. Mitch took the time to go over how the units functioned. Overall I couldn't have asked for better service."

"They were timely, courteous and knowledgeable. They did the job right and immediately fixed the problem. Cost of plumbing repair was very reasonable. I would definitely hire them again!"

"Airco is a great family-owned and operated business, very fair and knowledgeable. They replaced our forced air central heating system (oil) in a day, and were quick to respond and get to work despite how busy things were during the January cold-spell. I would highly recommend for your heating and cooling needs!"

"Diagnosis and repair were straightforward and the talented Mike, who has done other great work for us on our ACs, had a replacement pump in his truck. Swapped over in under an hour. Cost of the repair was quite high, mainly due to very high price they charged for the pump. A Taco pump that I could buy for $175 was priced on this repair at more than $500. I get that it was an urgent situation and I’m happy to pay reasonably for the response but that mark-up bothered me. I called the office, had a long talk with the owner; sadly, she offered no consideration at all. Yes, it’s hard to find and keep skilled techs, but now seems that most HVAC firms have a business model like a car dealer’s service dept, far more corporate, less flexible or customer-considerate."

"Through the several steps of getting this generator project done Palmer was on time and on task always. Their communication is outstanding from Michelle's initial visit and proposals through tank delivery by Corey and most centrally through all of Steve's installation work and coordination with inspectors, electricians and me. Two weeks later first power outage and everything worked like a charm. I just started with Palmer four months ago and added oil delivery and service to my generator work and I've been pleased with everything in the office and field. Very grateful."

"Spent a lot of time making sure everything was serviced appropriately."

"Many people complain about too expensive, but I believe you get what you pay for. Yes I could have picked cheaper but I researched the furnace they recommended, Amana, always in the top 5. When the installation was done I was surprised to find items not included with contract were repaired with no comment. Their service, maintenance and equipment are 5*"

"Repairs were excellent and thorough "even well documented". The tech found units low on coolant. He identified and repaired multiple refrigerant leak points. I have dealt with many HVAC contractors over the years and Freedom Air Mechanical is one of the best. I highly recommend."

"Kason is truly the best. Not only does he answer every time we call for any issue, but he or Connor, show up the same day which is huge when you run a small business! We needed a walk in freezer repair at our catering business- Kason was there on Wednesday to investigate, called me the same day with an estimate and we had the install on Friday. He is meticulous, precise and very knowledgeable. Kason has checked in the last few days to make sure things are still running smoothly and the freezer is doing its job- where can you find better customer service? I know we are a CRS Mechanical customer for life now."

"I was very happy about the service that I got from Kyle’s Cooling And Heating! Fast response, very professional and fit me into his very busy day without charging extra! Explained everything he did to my furnace and was fair on pricing. Will definitely hire him again!"
