He put in two layers of crushed stone, the lower layer was of large stones, and the upper layer was fine-crushed stone. He spent an entire day getting the upper foundation just right. The pavers speak for themselves. He put in 22 concentric rings, and every block was precisely placed. Lastly, I was impressed by his honesty.
