"Ed was very nice to deal with.  He knew his stuff and seemed to be very knowledgeable in dealing with kool deck.  We had damaged kool deck that was installed by another mason 8 years ago who did a really bad job.  Ed's crew painted over the kool deck, cleaned and sealed my stamped concrete.  Everything came out nice and the way he said it would.  Stamped concrete
formed a white substance after a few days of application and Ed didn't hesitate to come back to fix it and made sure it was done to
perfection.

"I contacted Greg Tanzer Sprinklers to perform repairs on my current 5 zone system (3 heads and 2 leaks) and to install a new zone in my front yard. Communication was initially very clear, concise and timely when working with their scheduler. When the tech arrived to install the system I was happy, he was right on time. To my dismay he immediately informed me that he would not be able to complete all of the work and that he was only able to perform the repair- Frankly, I could have saved $500 and done the repairs myself. I initially only allowed the repairs to be completed as they were going to be there anyway and figured it would incentivice the company to take an otherwise relatively small job (5 head install). As he has already arrived, I agreed to let the tech complete the repairs at an hourly rate of $90 per hour + parts/ tax. Bill came to just over $430.00 for 3 hours worth of labor and parts, doesnt sound cheap but definetly reasonable given the repairs and time. I do have an issue with the fact that the company has not completed the work I initially contracted them to do- Based on both written email, angies list messages and verbal confirmation the expectations were quite clear. The tech instructed me to call the company to discuss and until 24 hours later I had not heard back. When they did finally call back I still received no apology for a miscommunication, no offers to complete the work, no discount offer on the completed service but was offered to be bounced around their phone system of departments so I could speak with the proper contact to schedule another appointment which should have been properly handeld the right time. Word to the wise, in my personal experience they follow up pre-appointment is spot on. However, once booked there is a severe lack of customer service and response. For this, I would not recommend this company nor use their services ever again in the future. The tech was fantastic, it seems to me that its a customer service, corporate, organizational issue rather than the field tech.

It was good. I liked the assessment process. he came out took pictures, looked at perimeter of the house and foundation.  He then contacted me back with an estimate. It took a whole for him to be able to pin point an appointment with me.  I did think it was a little pricey.

"We had Mr. Iglesias come out on 2 occasions for quotes (2 different scopes of work).  Both times, he arrived on time and was very informative and helpful.  Part of the work involved ripping up grass next to where the concrete was laid and ruined the grass.  He came back a few days later and seeded the grass and made sure to tell us how to care for it so that we would have lush grass again, and it worked great.  Within a month, there was no way to tell what had been ripped up and what was original grass.  The concrete itself was laid perfectly.  We had an issue with water run off due to the slope of the existing slab, but that was fixed and we've had no issues since.  He also made sure to round the edges on the steps so that our 2 year old would not hit sharp edges if he happened to fall, this was very important to me and he did exactly what I asked.  The rain and snow have not damaged the concrete at all and we're confident that it will look good for years to come.  We were very happy with the service we received and the job was done very well.

"Perfect!  After getting a couple of quotes, I went Tomasello.  Jeff was at the house everyday performing the work and meticulously making sure everything was perfect.  Jeff was patient in delivering what i had envisioned, even when i changed some things halfway through the job.  He understood what i was getting at and said he'd take care of it and it came out awesome. They are hardworking, on time, and very clean.  I would recommend them to anyone i know and you can contact me for pictures/more information about them.  Its hard to find someone to do good work, i am very particular.  Jeff delivered what he said he would and did a great job."

"The water issue was in a small unfinished corner of the basement after a very heavy rain and only once since we moved in without mold issues- but I decided to get French drains and mold treatment done anyways for the entire basement. Bob gave me a good estimate and then tried matching the lowest estimate I had gotten (his was the second lowest but I decided to go with him). The installation work went smoothly (planning to get the basement refinished soon from one of his contractors who was there for the job so he knows where everything goes back) . Bob Steck was very responsive, funny and thorough. Their team was very professional. Did the work just as promised - no issues with dust and dirt during and after the job). They started and finished on time ( took 2-days). The concrete is almost completely dry and have had one heavy rain so far- we are Very impressed by their work. Highly recommended."
