He put on booties to cover his feet when he walked in and placed a cover on the carpet, very neat and clean. He came on time. The sink looks better than the original because he sealed it properly. However Elite Piping was significantly different, as they pointed out that due to age, there may be problems with the pipes leading to the sink and the job could be move complicated, which it turned out to be. We told them we had picked out a vanity, but upon removal of the old unit, they told us that the one we chose would not be practical and suggested anther style.. They even took us to the supplier, picked up and delivered the new vanity and necessary accessories. No one has ever done that. They finished the job same day. By what they did , the ended up saving us a lot of money."

He came on the next day, which was a Sunday, to give me the rundown on what he expected to do, explaining that once he opened the wall there were a few possibilities. At various times he called me in to show me what he found and explain what he was going to do. Gentlemen was quite intelligent and very well educated, he actually gave me a lesson on gas-steam furnace, and for the repair, I never knew that the unit was so complicated and had so many issues even though the furnace was less than 3 years old but never serviced since it was installed.
