"Joe from Jetter Kleen called and I asked him to come over and give an estimate. I had expected another vender to come by, but they never showed. Jetter Kleen’s price was reasonable, so I hired him on the spot. He worked quietly and diligently to complete not only the change of a faucet, but he fixed the hoses and piping and made sure every aspect of the job was perfect. It was not a simple job, as he has to cut the old faucet out and drill to make the drain hole large enough to fit the new push button drain. I could swear he had a silent drill as I expected to hear loud drilling, but had to strain to hear his drill. Joe work was neat, clean and impeccable. He left the work area spotless, which made me happy. Before he left he showed me under the sink to see where he changed hoses, he made sure there were no leaks and again, his work was impeccable. I have already told friends and family on Long Island about Jetter Kleen and I would highly recommend him to others."

"I got estimates from three companies and Sal's was the most suitable for me, based on description of the work and price quoted. The work was performed with minimal disruption to us and maximal attention to details, clean, and thorough. However, several days later the leak possibly originating from the area of the work performed was noted, with some damage to the ceiling on the lower level. Sal responded immediately, identified the leak and concluded that, even though it was not origination from exact point of original repair, the repair itself might have caused disruption in the system that resulted in new problem. Sal's representative, Mike, fixed the new plumbing problem and recommended another company, Razz Construction, to fix dry wall and ceiling damages, with the needed work to be paid for by Sal Manzo Plumbing. The said work was done perfectly. I would strongly recommend Sal Manzo Plumbing to anyone. They are professional, courteous, detail oriented, and stand by their work 100%. I would hire them again in a heartbeat, should I ever need any plumbing or heating work to be done. And with being an owner of a house, I don't think that the occasion will be long coming."

"A few months back, my wife and I found Lazer's (owner of NYC Plumbing, Heating and Drain Cleaning) contact info via Google HomeAdvisor as we needed to get a boiler installed, but luckily at that time the boiler company provided free installations - however, we saved Lazer's contact info incase we needed further work. Earlier today, I needed to get an urgent blockage/clog fixed in our basement sink and reached out to Lazer, who was beyond helpful in terms of pricing and availability. He sent one of his workers (Elton) who was not only able to resolve/fix the issue in a matter of mins, but Elton was also kind enough to fix/seal a pipe under the sink which our contractors messed up while installing it. Not only that, but Elton also saw my family and I struggling with a smart thermostat and he went out of his way to help us with the thermostat as well - Jack of all trades!! Lets just say, moving forward I know for sure Lazer and his team will be my go-to people for any plumbing needs. "Peter and Euro Expert were wonderful to work with. In my experience, Peter was always very responsive and came on time and as promised, which in my experience is very hard to find in a contractor! They did a great job of remodeling our bathroom, and finished the job in a week and a half. My husband could not believe how efficiently they worked! After they were finished, a bolt on one of our pipes randomly broke, and they came and replaced it the very next morning. I am very happy with them and would recommend them for any job!"
